Constructed from a seriously tough 600D Diamond Ripstop with 10mm closed cell foam padding top and bottom and 20mm closed cell foam in the sidewalls where its needed most. One of our absolute favourite travel coffins, the DaKine Traveler (sorry about the yank spelling) Quad fits up to 4 shortboards in its new streamlined shape which keeps things compact and reduces weight.
