Adjustment to accommodate the desired angle (up to 90 degree) is done after the door is installed. Using two hinges with 5/16" to 1/2" glass (8 to 12 mm) the hinge will hold up to 80 lbs. Cut-Out Required Includes: Gaskets Screws and Glass Fabrication Dimensions. SPECIFICATIONS: Glass Thickness: 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) Tempered Safety Glass Special Features: Adjustable to any angle up to 90 degree without having to take door down. GEN13 Gasket Pack must be purchased separately for use with 5/16" (8 mm) thick tempered glass. Cut-out dimensions for CRL hi. Closing Type: Self-Centering when within 15 degree of closed position. GEN13 Gasket Pack must be purchased separately for use with 5/16" (8 mm) thick tempered glass. If hinges are to be used for other than their intended purpose approval must be obtained from the CRL Shower Door Technical Sales Department. NOTE: Door glass width may require alteration from standard clearance deductions when adjusting angles. By merely tightening the Allen screws your door will self-center to the desired closing position. Use only the template included with this hinge. Contact the DK Hardware Sales Shower Door Department.
